Tyla is an architectural assistant in our London studio currently working on a retail scheme for Harrods. She joined Make in 2023 after moving to London, having spent two years working on high-end residential projects in Sydney.

Tyla completed her Bachelor of Architectural Studies (2020) and Master’s of Architecture (2022) at the University of New South Wales, and was awarded the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) Architectural Technologies Award for excellence in sustainability, technology and construction for her graduation project. She was also nominated for the Glenn Murcutt Bluescope Prize, the AIA Graduate Medal and the AIA Architectural Communications Award.

Outside architecture, Tyla enjoys snorkelling and travelling as well as various sports, including netball, softball and AFL.
