James joined Make in 2006 and has more than 15 years’ experience as an architect.

During his time with the practice, he has led several key projects, including offices buildings, housing, schools, university buildings, residential, hotels and masterplans. He has been instrumental to several high-profile office schemes, including leading the design and delivery of our award-winning UBS headquarters at 5 Broadgate and 40 Leadenhall Street, as well as the refurbishment of a Grade I-listed home built by John Nash.

James is currently working on several projects in Westminster and the City of London, and he has particular expertise in obtaining planning consents on multiple complex urban sites.
