Simon joined Make in 2010, and has extensive experience designing and delivering tall buildings across the UK. His work for Make includes landmark residential towers in Croydon and Birmingham as well as several transformative projects on London’s Isle of Dogs. A specialist in the residential sector, Simon is passionate about shaping high-density, mixed-use developments that prioritise connection to local communities.

Alongside his design work, Simon leads the implementation of Make’s Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) services, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.
