This display suite showcases the sophisticated lifestyle that future residents of One Sydney Park, a new luxury development set amid the gum trees and dappled light of Sydney Park, can expect. The suite, located on the edge of the park, features elegant interior designs and playful bespoke touches that express the materiality of the local area. The layout is arranged across a distinctive clover structure, which was reimagined from an original concept conceived by international architects LAVA.
We translated this structure into a suite that looks and feels like an art gallery, curating a journey that allows visitors to discover spaces as if they’re part of an exhibition. Guests can explore kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lounge designs showing a variety of different materials and finishes, plus a gallery of plans and visualisations and an interactive model of the development. The suite also includes unique features, such as a beautifully crafted rope swing and an art installation by local artist Garth Knight – a multidimensional tree ‘growing’ up into the ceiling. The latter is part of an immersive ‘Sensory Room’ that evokes the feeling of sitting under a canopy in Sydney Park.
It’s these interactive features, as well as the meticulous attention to detail on show across the suite, that set this project apart. With its superior standard of craftsmanship and links to its park location, it’s an unparalleled concept in the Sydney market.
