    This special edition of the Annual celebrates the amazing achievements of Make’s first ten years and reflects on what the future might hold for us and the construction industry as a whole.

    Thanks to Paul Finch for his foreword charting the founding of the studio and some of our key milestones along the way. To date we have a record number of projects under construction with 14 schemes on site, four of which are overseas. Some of these include: South Park Hub, London Wall Place, 5 Broadgate and Rathbone Square.

    2013 also saw the completion of a number of projects with Dunbar Place hailed as our first completed scheme in Hong Kong. Canary Wharf Kiosk, Harrods Escalator Hall and University Square Stratford are some of the other projects to open their doors during the year.
