The latest building in Birmingham’s Arena Central development has topped out. 2 Arena Central not only reached this significant construction milestone, but also underwent a name change to 1 Centenary Square.
Earlier in the day Ken Shuttleworth handed Antonio Simoes, CEO of HSBC, a sketch of the building to mark the occassion.
The 210,000ft2, 10-storey building is fully let to HSBC and is due to be handed over later this year, with occupancy from 2018.
